Nurtured by the Forbes Adams family for over 350 years Escrick Park Estate is a natural sanctuary in the heart of Yorkshire. Guided by their heritage and with a commitment to sustainability they manage land and property whilst providing a beautiful rural environment for all those who live, work and visit the Estate.

The brief
Refresh the existing brand and website to make it relevant today. Change perspectives of what an ‘estate brand’ might look like.
The new identity is a fresh outlook, inspired by nature and rooted in the heritage.
The colour palette was drawn from the natural surroundings such as roses and mint, inspired by an english garden. Contemporary colour pairings were used to keep the identity fresh.
The brand font Arizona Flare by Dinamo was chosen for it’s distinctive character and it’s ability to look old and new at the same time. The sans/serif hybrid is perfectly suited to the new identity.
The photography brief was to capture ‘life on the estate’, a synergy between people and the environment. We feature a new image style captured by Hermione McCosh to match the quality of stewardship that goes into the estate.
The new identity has been applied across the estate, with new signage standing proud and the crest being used for environmental branding.
